Return & Refund Policy
While we fully stand by every product we sell at yardiix, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or realize the product you ordered wasn’t exactly what you were hoping for. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
30-Day Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
Condition Required
Items must return in “Like New” condition with original packaging and accessories.
How to Return an Item
If you decide you want to return an item for any reason within 30 days after receipt of your order, please email us at info@yardiix.us with your order number.
Restocking Fee
Like-New returns will be assessed a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, depending on the manufacturer.
Damages
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and send photos to info@yardiix.us the day of delivery.
